An easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. Cool and spacious home with plenty of amenities.
We absolutely loved our time here! This place literally has everything. Andrew definitely goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one. I was pleasantly surprised to find things like laundry detergent, tissues, q-tips, and cotton balls, as well as plenty of Keurig coffee pods ready for us. Most Airbnbs do not supply all of this. He also left us a bottle of wine, chocolate, and a personal note on the counter to welcome us when we arrived. Also if you're looking to spend time at the beach, you don't need to bring anything. This place has: 6 beach towels 4 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs 4 bikes 1 beach wagon 3 boogie boards 5 water guns Cooler Balls, sand toys, games, books etc The outdoor shower even has hot water (not just cold) which is so nice and it's very private so if you have guests who want to shower at the same time, you basically have 2 showers. And if you have small children, you will be all set. This place has a small crib, high chair plus booster seat, 1 baby gate, and baby bathtub. Unfortunately when we arrived these items had not been put together but when we let Andrew know, he came over the very next day to put the high chair together himself and even went out and bought 3 step stools so my son could reach the sinks. He was always readily available and quick to reply which was awesome. The neighborhood is very safe and super close to the main street in Asbury with all of the shops and restaurants. It's also close enough to walk to the beach (or bike) we just happened to drive as we have 2 children under 4. Overall we loved it and hope to stay again.
Our family very much enjoyed everything about Andrew’s place. The house and the backyard is very well decorated, clean and very comfortable. The beach is nearly just a 5 min bike ride away (4 bikes are available for guests) and everything was provided for including beach chairs that can be transported as a backpack, beach badges and even a beach wagon if you want to venture and walk to the beach, the walk is about 18 mins but still very enjoyable. We made lifetime memories at the Jersey shore this summer, got to catch up with friends and family in the spacious outdoor area. The space is super family friendly, Andrew even provided us with water guns for the kids. Everyone loved every minute of our vacation. In addition, it should be noted that the neighbors are super inviting and sweet as well. Andrew was there for us every step of the way when we needed him. We can’t wait to be back. Best, The Kings
It was a pleasant stay in this beautiful home. We loved the colors, layout and the rooms. Felt vey warm and family welcome, that’s because of all the details that were put in. It had all the amenities you needed to be away from home as if you never left home. I had my husband 2 young children, grandma and sister in law. Location was great walking distance from beautiful shops and night life. Close to the beach for fun in the ocean and sand. We were able to come back and still sunbathe in the back patio which I loved the set up and cool off with the outdoor shower, best touch. Andrew was a great host, welcoming my family with a thank you note and clean home, great communicator and very nice.
Excellent place to stay in AP. Very clean, great backyard, near lots of good restaurants and close to the beach. Would definitely stay again!
Communication and amenities were great. Although it is not RIGHT ON THE BEACH, it is a short 20 minute walk. And the house makes up for the distance from the beach by being clean and having all sorts of amenities like bikes and boogie boards at your disposal. We would stay again!
The house looked even more amazing in person than it did in these pictures! My guests said the same thing, we were all smitten with the amenities and all of the creature comforts that made our stay so nice. We spent most of our time in the backyard area because it was so beautiful and had a great covered patio. We had a storm come through our first full day but we were still able to sit on the deck and enjoy our barbecue. It’s truly such a beautiful home. We could have walked to the beach but ended up taking the 5 minute drive over because we had so many things to carry. Which was also provided by Andrew. He had a bunch of beach chairs/towels/cooler/toys for us to use at the beach, it was truly so thoughtful and came in handy every day we were there. I really only deducted a star because we discovered our fridge wasn’t working the day we got there! Credit to Andrew and his neighbor Laura for trying their best to fix it but unfortunately it was down for our weekend stay and understandably wouldn’t be fixed until after the July 4th holiday. Which meant our pretty large/expensive ice cream birthday cake was done for. But thankfully we were able to eat all of the other frozen meat etc we kept in there under bags of ice. Also of note was that the propane tank for the grill was empty which meant we had to go out to two different places to see if they can trade it in for us. Just a slight inconvenience in that regard but not worst than the fridge lol. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here, and would come back again myself. It’s a great house to spend time with families and friends. They’ll be very happy with your choice!
This house is perfect. Everything is new, the owner is super friendly and accommodating, and there are all sorts of little conveniences that make your stay nicer than the average Airbnb. The location is great as well, it’s very close walking distance to great restaurants, and a nice 20 minute stroll to the beach.
Andrew is an excellent host! He is very helpful, welcoming, and communicative. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly clean. My family and I were very happy with our stay at Andrew's place!
Throughout my travels with family and friends. This has got to be one of the best air bnb's I have ever stayed at. Our host Andrew, paid attention to many details and provided many necessities. His home offers many things to keep you entertained while you are guest. I was truly shocked and pleased to find garlic in the refrigerator when I needed it. I was cooking dinner in the updated kitchen and realized I forgot to pick up garlic. I opened the refrigerator and there it was, a jar of minced garlic! Thank you Andrew!!! The kitchen is fully operational. It provides many dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, and cookware to name a few. You could make your coffee every morning and even has a blender if you prefer smoothies. You could sit at the island in the kitchen for breakfast or you may sit at the table in the dining room for more formal seating. The home also provides a washing machine and a dryer so that you could do your laundry as needed. The home was extremely clean and provided a very comfortable seating area so that you could catch up on all your TV shows. Wifi is provided and each room had a TV. The most beautiful part of the home is the rear seating area on the deck. I didn't get to enjoy it that much because the weather was cold, but I really look forward to coming back during the summer and enjoying a nice barbecue. There is even a fire pit if you wanted to toast some marshmallows and sit around with your family one evening. The home was in a central location not far from Atlantic City, Philadelphia and New York City. We were about an hour away from each and visited each location. The beach was just a short drive or you can ride the bikes provided. Our host Andrew, was very attentive and communicated very promptly. I look forward to returning and having much more fun in Asbury Park at Andrew's home.
