DrewsAsburyParkBeachHouse is 2 blocks from the municipal part of town, from the post office, the trains, the courts, and the police station. There is plenty of boutique shopping, restaurants, and bars on streets that are closed off to cars. Please note that the house does not have a dedicated parking spot, but if you have one or two cars you will not have any problem finding parking by the house.
House Rules
HOUSE RULES 1. No eating in the bedrooms. 2. No sand in the house or bedrooms. $100 additional cleaning fee if sand is found in the house. 3. Alternate-side parking rules Monday and Friday, 9–11 AM. Parking tickets are $30 payable to the City of Asbury Park. 4. No smoking inside the house. $100 smoke removal fee if evidence of smoking is found. 5. Clean the kitchen when finished. 6. Clean the barbecue grill when finished, including the catch pan underneath. Remove food and grease from the pan. 7. Return all house games and toys to their boxes and storage when finished. 8. Return all beach toys, bikes, and boogie boards to the shed when finished. 9. Leave the shed in the same condition or better than you found it. 10. Lock bikes when away from the house. $500 replacement fee per bike if stolen while unlocked. PET RULES - Walk your dog on a leash and clean up after your pet. - No pets on the bedding or furniture. - Use the front yard to relieve your pet (grass). Do not use the backyard (paver stones). - Properly dispose of pet waste in the toilet or garbage. - Nearby animal hospital: City by the Sea Veterinary.

Please note that the house does not have a dedicated parking spot, but if you have only one or two cars you will not have any problem finding parking close to the house.
Guest Access
Guests have access to all of DrewsAsburyParkBeachHouse. The only rooms with no access are the attic and the basement. The backyard provides privacy and is in a private gated area with a gazebo for your relaxation as well as a fire pit and a full deck The deck includes a sofa, chairs, and a dining table. There's plenty of space both inside and outside to enjoy and relax
Find us
Having a car is the best way to get around town. The only thing that is not in walking distance is the mega ShopRite which is about 3 miles away. Trains and busses are only minutes from the house if your guests want to come visit you. Bikes are another way to get to any part of town quiclkly. the house comes with four bikes for you to use. if you are adventurous you can rent a Link scooter which are conveniently placed on most of the street corners Finally all of the ride-sharing apps are pretty reliable in Asbury, my preference is Uber
